Our New Logo
Picture
Logo Meaning:
Circle - Circle of Friendship, with the Colors Purple for Celebration and Education; Blue for Trust and Loyalty and White for Good Will.  The watermark in the background also depicts Women and Friendship.  We wanted to emphasize our tagline TBMWC and also our Motto:  Friendship, Knowledge, Service.  The Birmingham Metropolitan is in cursive as it is specific to us, with Women's Club, which is more generic, in block letters.

2018/2019, 2022-2023  Ann Duncan
Ann has been our longest running President for a total of 5 years!  She has exhibited leadership, loyalty and stick-to-it-ive-ness as she continued to lead our organization.  She pulled us through those years during the pandemic which threatened our very survival as a club.  Through her encouragement, energy and dedication, she has made the club thrive.  We now have a cohesive and supportive Board.  Our image is vibrant and welcoming.  Thank you Ann, job well done!  (Words were taken from the past presidents when asked to
comment on Ann's presidency.)
